Abstract: New-type triad waste heat boiler for sulfur recovery is shell-and-tube waste heat boiler with an integral triad structure of waste heat boiler supported by a waste heat boiler of horizontally-positioned flexible fixed thin tube and plate tube shell type, an external drum, and a water-steam circulation drop tube (lined with an ascension tube) also acting as boiler drum. This product is mainly applicable to the sulfur recovery units in natural gas processing plants, petrochemical industry, coal-fired power plants and so on. This series of products are crucial equipment in Claus sulfur recovery process system. The structure of the equipment have been optimized on the premise of guaranteeing the water-steam circulation of waste heat boilers, so the units not only reduce the footprint space and site construction workload, but also save the investments.

 

摘要: 硫黄回收用新型三合一余热锅炉是一种管壳式余热锅炉, 由卧置挠性固定薄管板管壳式余热锅炉、外置 汽包、汽水循环的下降管(内套上升管) 兼作汽包支撑的三合一整体余热锅炉结构, 主要适用于天然气处理厂、石油 化工、燃煤电厂等所属硫黄回收领域。该系列产品是克劳斯硫回收工艺系统中至关重要的关键设备, 产品在保证余热 锅炉汽水循环的前提下对设备结构进行了优化, 减少了装置的占地空间和现场施工工作量, 节约了投资。
